My model of Counselling and Psychotherapy is humanistic and integrative, drawing on attachment theory, psychopathology, psychodynamic and gestalt theories. If appropriate, I will work creatively with clients as a way for them to gain insight.
As a therapist, I am deeply committed to being there when you need me most, helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset.
